KAPA Blood PCR Kit B 500rxns

KAPA Blood PCR kits eliminate the need for purifcation before PCR. Using KAPA Blood PCR Kits, DNA fragments may be amplified directly from reactions containing 1 - 20% (v/v) whole human blood without pretreatment of blood samples or DNA isolation.

KAPA Blood PCR Mixes (2X) contain all components required for Whole Blood PCR, except primers and template (blood).

• KAPA Blood PCR Mix B (2X) is suitable for GC rich amplicons, other difficult amplicons and assays based on analysis by agarose gel electrophoresis/ethidium bromide staining
• Not suitable for the amplification of DNA from blood collected in anticoagulant tubes containing heparin
