With a scanning time of 100 minutes for the 24 microarrays, InnoScan^® Autoloader is the fatest scanner in the market. Designed to limit the bleaching phenomena (due to ozone), the sample loader is separated from the scanning area.
Delivered with Mapix^® software, InnoScan^® Autoloader is a fully automation scanning solution.

Insert easily your microarrays in the loader and select in a few clicks your scanning and analysis paramaters due to easy-to-use Mapix^® software.

Enable flexibility in your work

InnoScan^® Autoloader is compatible with a broad range of microarrays (DNA, Protein, aCGH, ... and even the mirror slides) from different suppliers, as well as custom-spotted microarrays.

In association with Mapix^®, InnoScan^® Autoloader offers the possibility to:

• insert from 1 ot 24 microarrays, identical or different
• define the scanning and analysing parameters for each slide or for a group of microarrays
• save user's parameters
• choose operating system (windows or linux)

Data quality and results accuracy InnoScan® Autoloader is mainly : a real confocal scanner associated with an dynamic autofocus to get high sensitivity and low background noise a scanner able to scan high density slide (pixel size is 1 or 3 μm according to the model) a simultaneous scan of the 2 colors (Cy3 and Cy5) in less than 4 minutes/slide1 a very compact size for lab space saving
