Designed specifically for this purpose, the KAPA2G™ Fast Hotstart PCR Kit offers Fast PCR that is not merely based on the reduction of cycling times, but on the intrinsicability of the KAPA2G™ Fast HotStart DNA Polymerase to synthesize DNA at a much faster rate.

As second-generation polymerase for the ultimate in speed and performance, KAPA2G™ Fast HotStart DNA Polymerase and optimized buffer system offers :

In this formulation, the enzyme is combined with a proprietary antibody that inactivates the enzyme until the first denaturation step.
