High speed is achieved through the increased processivity of the engineered KAPA HRM FAST DNA Polymerase and the short initial denaturation time required for the activation of the proprietary antibody-mediated hot start. The KAPA HRM FAST PCR Kit is available as a ready-to-use 2X Master Mix containing all components, except MgCl2, primers and template, for the amplification and detection of DNA in real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
