The shipping fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Every effort has been made to stock adequate quantities of the goods offered on the website. Many of the goods, however, are available in relatively small quantities. Some items referred to on the website may be or become out of stock. If this happens we commit to do everything possible to quickly resolve the matter.
In order to ship your orders as fast as possible your orders are being processed immediately after entry. Therefore, cancelling or changing orders is only possible for a very limited time after submission. In such a case, it is absolutely required that you contact us by phone during office hours (+41 21 948 02 90). Just writing an e-mail is not sufficient. Note that weekend and holiday orders can not be cancelled. Note that if an order is already processed it is not possible to cancel or change the order and the order will be delivered and charged.
All perishable products involving cold items (+4°C) and/or frozen items (-20°C) will not be taken back by us after they have been sent out, in all circumstances.
All goods purchased from the website are always handled with appropriate care and attention, and Labgene Scientific is committed to offer you the best possible quality. However, if you should once not be satisfied please report the problem to us within 4 weeks after receipt of the product. After 4 weeks complaints are no longer accepted.
It is necessary that you provide the serial number (or lot number) of the product in order to facilitate a quick handling of your complaint.
Products sent or billed due to an error by Labgene Scientific may be returned for exchange or credit.
Products sent or billed due to an error by the customer will not be replaced or credited for.
Note that Labgene Scientific can not be held liable for delivery problems happening outside our building. Delivery problems caused by the delivery carrier must be addressed with the carrier directly.
