- Closed loop axis control using optical encoders with advanced path planning and error detection
- Encoders reference the position of the axis arms by knowing where they are -> say goodbye to having to calibrate all the time
- Each interchangeable pipette contains its own calibration data and controller -> zero downtime for calibration -> swap and go
- Dispense 1 – 50 µl with exceptional accuracy and precision : < 5% on 1 µl
- Pressure based liquid level sensing that can monitor the aspirate and dispense process for errors -> no need for conductive tips !
- Integrated ejection
- Long life UV LED located under the pipette
- Camera located under the pipette to see what's on the deck and for easy calibration

Bead cleanup
Bead cleanup is a tedious and complex task, but the Myra liquid handling system is easy to use, accurate, fast, efficient, and cost-effective for this purpose. Because pipetting precision is user-dependent, it can introduce variability that may affect reproducibility. Thus, automation of bead cleanup guarantees consistent and precise protocol execution, reducing the likelihood of user errors. This enhanced reproducibility is crucial for maintaining data quality and consistency.

Automated qPCR setup
Standard applications like qPCR are built into the software to allow for quick setup. Setup your assays including run profiles and analysis. Myra can be configured to setup qPCR reactions in two different ways, depending on your unique laboratory settings:
1. Sample Prep and qPCR Setup is a feature that simplifies your complete workflow setup. The software automatically creates reactions based on user-defined sample input. The sample prep section means you can create a workflow from sample to reaction in only a few simple steps.
2. Reaction Driven qPCR Setup is a flexible option allowing users to create a customised reaction plate based on a desired sample order. Templates can be saved to facilitate routine work, then sample information can be simply imported from a .csv file.
With both options it is possible to create 96-well and 384-well plates for most real-time PCR devices available on the market, including devices from Bio-Rad, Thermo and Roche.
