96-Well Magnet Station for Myra, designed to provide automated magnet control for up to 96 x 0.2 ml tubes, including strips of 8, and 96 tapered well plates (including fully skirted, unskirted and semiskirted plates). Magnets are applied to groups of 24 wells at a time.
Description

Achieve sample normalization, pooling, or simple plate transfers in a few steps. Alternatively, download and update existing protocols from BMS's list of script templates in order to bead purify your PCR reactions using the new BMS magnetic rack or automate more complex library preparation steps.
Script runs
MyraScript is a new Python-based feature that can be used to develop fully customisable protocols. Full control of liquid transfer parameters, including pipetting speeds, delays, level sensing, tracking and mixing can be programmed by the user. Python is used in combination with a MyraScript API to configure plasticware and reagents on Deck Layout, and compile a list of operations for execution.
