Indirect ELISA system

In the first incubation step the pathogen-specific antibodies in positive patient samples bind to the solid phase bound antigens.
In a second step, the bound antibodies are detected using peroxidase-conjugated anti-human antibodies.
By adding a chromogenic substrate solution, a colour reaction with a measurable optical density proportional to the antibody concentration in the patient sample develops. Major advantages of the recomWell tests are the exceptional high specificity together with maximum sensitivity.

IgG absorption with RF-absorbent

The use of RF-absorbent prevents the displacement of IgM- through specific IgG-antibodies (IgM falsenegative results) and the binding of potentially existing rheumatoid factor (IgM) to specifically bound IgG (false-positive IgM results).
