This 4-channel cartridge is designed to determine the size of NGS libraries and PCR fragments with high sensitivity, using external standards as reference, on the Qsep400 system.
Features :
A ready-to-use pack containing all the necessary components to run the samples within minutes. The running gel is preloaded into the cartridge. The capillary is part of the cartridge, thus by replacing an empty cartridge with a fresh new one the capillary is replaced as well. Therefore no expensive extra cost is needed for the capillary maintenance.
